Waking up in the middle of the night

Thoughts spinning around, forcing me to write.

Listening to those who cry out in pain

Truly listening, no thought of personal gain.

… A random act of joy.

Remembering injustices from the past

Forgiving all wrongdoers at last.

… A random act of joy.

Observing hatred and judgement on earth

Releasing Light’s vibration for a loving rebirth.

… A random act of joy.

Accepting everyone the world despises

Seeing the love from the Light in their eyes

… A random act of joy.

Assuring children they’re all worthwhile

Wiping tears, exchanging a smile.

… A random act of joy.

Embracing those who lost it all

Sharing my fortunes when the needy call.

… A random act of joy.

Keeping a warm, loving smile on my face

Sending those I meet a calm, caring grace.

… A random act of joy.

Rejecting separation, guilt, blame, and shame

Vibrating in the Light, we’re all the same.

… A random act of joy.

Waking up in the middle of the night

Heart filled with love to make the world right.
